Returning your product
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Each doll is sent with instruction on how to inspect the doll before using it so that you can decide if you wish to keep it or send it back. Please follow the instructions in the box.
Shipping Returns
Before returning your product, please email us first, letting us know about the situation.. We can arrange a return for you which will cost £75 if you do not want to arrange your own courier for the return.Please keep in mind that shipping costs are not refundable, so in case you receive a refund for your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. That means that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the goods for exchanges or non-faulty product issue
